Courts in pakistan
All we know judiciary of Pakistan and honorable judges sometimes acquit the culprit in the garb of lack of evidence despite all the evidence present there and given testimony against the real culprit, murderer, rapist and corrupt. but the systems has got weak now that all the powerful ones somehow managed to escape the laws which would considered had applicable to all the its citizens irrespective of his; color, race cast, ethnicity or his; status, background, and eliteness. What had recently happened was the consequences of weak judiciary. as majeed khan achakzai got managed to escape from prosecution on the basis of lack of evidence. in fact a blind can see him drove the car when he struck his car with traffic warden. who suddenly, succumbed to death to his injuries. on the other hand what had happened with woman in motorway also the result of weak judiciary as one of the culprit, abid Ali was convicted for more than 8 rape cases. but he had managed to escape too from the hands of law and enforcement.
REFORMATION
Like our, schools, colleges, university and other institution needs Reformation; so Judiciary. We cannot leave it without reformed otherwise the chaos in country, definitely increasing till the culprit and criminals roam around us after negotiating with laws. Our children and woman will not safe unless there is internal reformation and judgement should be not be discriminate. that, all citizens can move freely and safely without having fear of robbed or raped by. we cannot blame a woman why she went in outside in midnight, anytime there may need to go out. there is no specific time for woman to tell them; go in morning not at night whether you encountered with cruel inhuman animals.
HINDRANCE
Some elements Never wants to change in judicial reforms. if their own sons and nephews commit crime so there should be way for negotiation with guards of laws for acquittal of their loved one's who destroy someone life and family. Although, There abundant honest judges whose judgment are far cry from discrimination. but for some elements, as they are present in every department, gave rise to infamy.
PAKISTAN'S IMAGE
When the crime rate increases no country intend to invest and make a trip to that country owing to securities reasons. that is why Pakistan remained a economical weak country and will remain so if we don't reforms judicial system which is root cause of exponential rise of rape, murder and theft. It is necessary for Pakistan that it gives security to foreigners and tourist who contribute to economic growth and provide opportunities for venders and small businesses.
