Honour killing is a killing in own family member and other person if get caught with stranger or Hangout with person other than family.
Lack of judiciary system in rural area cause the frequent incident of honour killing because the culprit knew he would get arrested if he kills some one in the name of honour killing. Lack of judiciary may have been the reason for frequent incident. But what is reason for honour killing in urban areas, such as, Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar despite there is jurisdiction and the law and order fully practiced? This is because rural mentality heading towards cities through migration. Honour killing gives best way to avert oneself from executions after killing anyone in the name of honour, whom he want to take personal revenge. Honour killing also has negative impact on country's global image apart from societal disturbance. Organization, which ranks county on diverse points including its handling the problem of honour killing, drops the country ranking on various forums report which published annually, cause the hindrance in investment and loans as well. If Pakistan wants to improve its ranking, it will need to stop the honour killing. Pakistan should tighten its laws against the Culpitrator who have been run away for many years, after having killed an innocent. Showing leniency towards Culpitrator will lead us a society where Everyone kills anyone on the pretext of honour. and if the things going in this indirection then law of jungle restored.
